Auditions are advertised on local media stations and newspapers.
Applications apply for selection age requirements is 18 – 24 years of age
Stage 1:
Qualifications: High School Certificate and above Language Profession: English and Sesotho Physical Appearance: In good health – good deportment;to be able to express herself in a satisfactory manner and must be a Mosotho citizen.
Stage 2:
Candidates are non eligible for selection; candidates are selected in terms of merit and education; physical abilities, health, appearances, grooming and deportment.
Stage 3:
On completion of selection, the candidate is eligible for training over a month period
